WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We currently use Razorpay or PayPal as our payment partner for all financial transactions. In case of bulk orders, feel free to reach out at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note, you can avail additional 2% discounts on all your orders via direct transfer to our banking account.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
All our products are custom made based on our customer specification. Post processing, each order is thoroughly checked before it is shipped. We take ultimate care in procurement, printing and handling of each product. Hence, we do not currently support a return policy.
HOW MANY DAYS IT TAKES FOR AN ORDER PROCESSING?
As most of our products require customer based customization, it takes us 3 days to procure, print and ship the order. Bases on your location, you will receive the product anywhere in India within 10 days of order payment. We do not compromise of shipping quality and use one among the best shipping services based on your location.
DO YOU OFFER ANY DISCOUNTS?
Every customer is dear to us. We offer loyalty points to each registered customer for each successful order. These loyalty points can be redeemed as per our policy on their future purchase.
